It’s closeness to Portmeirion. It had all the facilities we could want.
The back access was difficult but could be avoided.

Good location, very clean house,
Couldn't get downstairs radiators working as it got cold, upstairs working fine

Perfectly placed for our trip to Portmerion and for a 2 night break.
It clearly suffers from damp and this was evident in the lounge. Parking was confusing as all the instructions on line and in the cottage we’re slightly different. The key box was awkward to open and would be more so if you arrived late as there is no outside light and the steps to it are quite high.

Location was great.
Heating wasn't working in the front room (window) heater and the main bedroom. Ended up at fourteen degrees. Damp / mould stains in the corner of the bedroom.
