Location, but the property, which is top-shelf, is run down by a lack of maintenance.

Communication was terrible. We couldn't even get into the building because the lock box key code emailed was incorrect. A made let us in. of note, our neighbor below couldn't get in either because of a lock box issue and he had been staying there for a while. These lock boxes need too be replace because weather wears them out quickly in that climate. Both sink strainers were broken. The outlet next to the fridge was not working. The fridge and freezer did not stay cold enough for ice (melting). A lamp in my bedroom was not working. The main room doesn't have enough light to read at night. One of the fans in the main room wasn't working. A property this nice should have a dishwasher. It took two days to get codes to the bicycles. Waivers should have been offered before arrival.
