Good location right by the station, only like a couple stops to shibuya and shinjuku. Plenty of restaurants, convenient stores and a supermarket within walking distance. Good bang for you buck.
Rooms is not sound proof, im a light sleeper. You will hear people in the middle of the night screaming/talking if they're really loud. The blanket was too thick for me, I couldn't sleep with it.

Property was easy to get to on the subway line once you learn them. The area it is located is actually very lively. It’s a unique spot and cheaper than other Tokyo hotels.
Adding universal Netflix or something would be great, also the mirror on the back of the bathroom door is absolutely dreadful and slams every time you open it. Screw it in or something.

has everything you need, washing machine in the apt, no dryer but clothes can be hung up to dry with the use of hair dryer, it is possible to dry clothes in about an hour. great location too.

Excellent location in a very exciting area of Tokyo - very short distance to many shops and restaurants. Hosts are communicative and friendly.
Reading the other reviews we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness - cups and bowls very dusty, the shower curtain a bit mouldy. The door lock broke during our stay and was fixed quickly - likely not first time as already was fixed with duct tape. We stayed during a very rainy season and humidity was palpable in the room. The location saved it for us but we would not return at the current price.
