Excellent location! The street was quiet despite Carnival season, and near an atm, convenience store, and water taxi service. A stocked kitchen and full laundry room make it easy to eat in and pack light. Having a clothes dryer was wonderful during the rainy season! The apartment is large enough that our family of five can spread out. The living room is very comfortable with soft furnishings. The rental service is attentive and friendly, though I only communicated with them over text. Instructions left (for things like wifi or trash) are very easy to follow. I loved the free wifi! The decor is lovely; modern convenience with a classic Italian flare. It has a lovely view from the rooftop.

The bath tub did not function because it didn't have any plumbing, which was disappointing and difficult considering I have young children. The mattresses of the beds ware not very comfortable, but not the worst either. My tall family had lots of trouble with the low ceilings throughout the top floor. The stairs for the top floor also have a tight turn that is easy to miss a step on, and would be difficult to navigate if you are a large or tall person. The ground floor was not very useful; it consists of a janitorial closet with a toilet, and a second more basic kitchen we didn't use. Though many things are lovely, having a useless bathtub and scary stairs make it impractical for our family.

Good location for Venice main attractions . Very big apartment with great customer service.

The location was lovely well sited for main tourist area of Venice - St Marks Square, restaurants , vaparetto, gondolas and other attractions, but also situated in a quieter less busy area.It was lovely to stay in a traditional Venetian accommodation and was comfortable. It was good not to be confined to a hotel - more relaxed

The stairs to the upper bedroom were very steep and narrow and the bannister rail was a little wobbly. The upstairs toilet was very confined as it is in the loft area and there was no shower attachment in this bathroom. This would have been good to have as an additional shower to use albeit in the bath. The terrace area was lovely but seemed rather rickety / unsafe particularly as the top step to the terrace was wobbly. This should have been fixed to be safe. Also I did contact Wonderful Italy on the 2nd day asking for a key to the internal sliding door so this could be locked at night and I received no response. Even though the wooden front door locks, the main rooms are located on the 2nd floor obviously away from the front door so would have felt safer to have been able to lock the inner door from the stairway. Although the beds were clean and well sized the mattresses were very firm and not very comfortable.

La ubicación era excelente. El anfitrión muy agradable, enviando información constantemente. Las camas eran muy cómodas, excepto el sofá cama. Apartamento amplio.

Lamento comentarles que no cumplió con las expectativas generadas en la web en los siguientes aspectos: • Pese a mi insistencia en 4 camas, había 3 y un sofá-cama bastante incómodo (igual que las almohadas, excepto dos). • Sólo un baño estaba completo. En el de la buhardilla sí había bañera, aunque sin grifo. Tenía lavabo, pero atascado. • La limpieza, sobre todo en el aseo de la planta baja y en la terraza, dejaba bastante que desear. Entenderán que mi puntuación no sea muy favorable en la reseña.
