The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy. Good communication from Diane, the owner, before, during, and after our stay. Very comfortable and well stocked.
Excellent location, minutes from the beach and facilities. We have stayed in Robin Hoods Bay many times over the years, and this was one of our top stays.
The price for two nights was a lot at £699, check in was at 4pm and check it at 10am which was very late, as we have a 5 year old and early dinner reservations at 4:30pm. Diane did have the cottage ready earlier, but we had to wait until the day to find out. It seemed like a lot of money for one full day and night??

The cottage is nicely located in the lower area of Robin hoods bay. There is a permit provided for the Fisherhead car park.
The cottage is cosy and well stocked with all the appliances you would need.
The staircases are steep and the one to the attic bedrooms is particularly difficult to climb if you have any mobility issues. But this is stated in the description of the cottage, and to be fair it didn't stop us using these beds!

Fabulous location in the heart of the village, beautiful views and only seconds to the beach. The little table and chairs on the back garden is a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee with a sea view and relax. The cottage is well equipped and the additional storage in the outhouse is a bonus with an additional fridge washer & dryer, perfect for bike storage. Communication with the host was very useful, with instructions for parking, the location of the cottage and on hand to answer any questions.
Being picky the lounge chairs are not very comfortable, leaving nowhere to relax. Things to be aware of the stairs to the 2nd bedroom are really steep, our kids loved them. The car park is not next to the cottage so be prepared to walk with your luggage and this includes uneven paths and steps.
