Great location, modern clean apartment, helpful host, met all our needs so very happy with our stay.

Maidstone itself was great and the host was helpful by offering us alternative accommodation or a refund as the apartment was not so great given the price! We could have stayed at a budget hotel which serves food for roughly the same price!
This was sold as a riverside apartment with river views, in fact you could not see a river at all as it was a short walk away - mislead.
Window was broken, toilets were not clean and the TV couldn’t find the broadband network whatever we did. The main shower had no shower curtain and only a hand held shower head which was difficult at best as it was not a wet room - water everywhere if you are not very careful etc, etc ….
