The staff answer your queries quickly.
The bnb was on 5th floor and had lift to go up
-The stove was broken, only 1 burner works
-The flooring is very sticky and no matter it is cleaned, its still sticks. Have to wear house footwear
- The balcony was unclean and dirty with cigarette buds
-The outdoor corridor was dirty and had to be cleaned.
- when i complained about the issues, they came the next day withiut iur permission and entered the bnb to rectify the issues causing theft and privacy concerns. They later apologised us for their act.
-The bathroom is small and therw are no curtains to prevent water from spilling out when takin bath.

Muito bem organizado, limpo e aconchegante.
As paredes precisam de uma pintura nova

Closer to station and safe zone.
Photos can be misleading: room is too small for a family of 3 people. There is no enough space.
Sofa mattress too much used and should be changed.
Room clean to be improved!
