Comfy beds. Dark bedrooms. Convenient location to the train station*, restaurants and shops. Direct buses to the start of the Snowdon paths. * We did, however, NOT hear the trains from the house, which was a concern of mine as the house appears very close to the tracks on the Booking.com map.

The walk to the city centre is relatively short. However, getting back to the house means taking the small path over the railway tracks, which can feel a little isolated and uneasy at night. It was just the two of us. The living room might feel rather crowded with more guests. No flexibility with the check-out time. More demands on guests than we have ever encountered at other properties, such as having to strip the beds and empty the dishwasher (as opposed to starting it before leaving). This isn’t ideal, especially when guests have to be out by 10am.

Heerlijke locatie, privé en toch overal vlak bij. Zeker toen we de shortcut via het station ontdekt hadden. We hadden uitzonderlijk mooi zonnig weer.

Alles was goed. Alleen met dat mooie weer waren iets fijnere tuinstoelen wel lekker geweest.

Excellent location. The cottage is lovely with a nice private garden, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very easy to walk into the town. Lots of things to do in the area and plenty of places to eat and drink. Very pleasant walks from the door. We would definitely return.

Only 2 small sofas in the lounge - not really enough for 4 people to relax comfortably. Also although it was great to have the dishwasher, the crockery and glasses were too big and chunky to fit in easily. The main bathroom was lovely but unfortunately the bath plug didn't work - so unable to have a bath. None of these spoilt our stay I would add.
