The location was excellent. We were close to town so we could walk to all the restaurants and markets.

The apartment was truly comfortable, with one bathroom; it worked well for our two families. There was a small garden in front of the house and a small seating area at the back where we could enjoy the coffee we had brought for breakfast. The apartment is modernly furnished, with comfortable beds, good water pressure, cleanliness, and good lighting; the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals—though it lacked any spices (we only prepared breakfast, however). There was a good Wi-Fi signal in all rooms. Having air conditioning in the rooms was very useful, as it was very hot in Tuscany—around +30°C. Communication with Stefano was convenient and prompt; he answered all our questions. We also really appreciated having private parking right next to the house.

We were quite surprised not to find salt, ground pepper, or sugar in the kitchen—basic staples that had always been provided in all the other accommodations we’ve stayed at in Tuscany, Italy. We bought them at a store ourselves, though Stefano did provide them for us later as well.
