The apartment was more spacious than we expected and the hosts had given thought into the details of the facilities. The apartment was decorated to have a homely feel and charm and felt very inviting. It was only a short walk into the city centre of Freudenstadt, and we were able to park our car safely near the property. The apartment was well situated to explore the surrounding areas of the Black Forest.
We were very tired after a day of travel and would have preferred the option of a contactless handover of the keys (eg.via a lock box). Otherwise, no complaints, we enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Palmenwald.
