This is a beautiful apartment with a lot of character, and it looks very similar to the photos. The location is excellent — very central and within easy walking distance of many places. The apartment was also generally clean, and the kitchen had enough basic equipment for cooking.

There were a number of maintenance problems: the kettle was broken, the beautiful teardrop lamp in the living room did not work, and the shower does not have a proper holder for the shower head. There is also no coffee machine. These may seem like small things individually, but together they made the apartment less comfortable and functional than expected. The bedding was clean, but the sheets had some noticeable and unpleasant stains, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable and felt low quality. Communication was probably the biggest issue. Messages were often answered after around 12 hours. At one point, I had a problem with the access code and did not receive a response until much later that evening, meaning I could potentially have been left outside without access to the apartment. I also reported the broken kettle and lamp, but the responses were very slow and did not really offer a solution.

Super fijne locatie
