Great location with a cordial staff. Room was clean .

Provided "miniature" bar soap was only big enough and sufficient to wash my cat. I thought it was a joke when I first saw it. The water heater must have been located on the Moon. Took 4 minutes to get hot water out of the spigot. The air conditioning filter was plugged and had to clean it. Filter light was on when I arrived. Provided breakfast selection was disappointing. Had to go elsewhere to have a good breakfast. Double bed mattress needed replacement due to center sag and loss of firmness. For the price paid, they could do much better.

The bed was comfortable

The pool isn't big enough to suit the amount of guests we were unable to go in the pool or the hot tub. Also our fridge leaked wayer

No breakfast.

Beds were uncomfortable. Building was older and needs upgrade, but a nice location on the harbor.
