Yard is large and fenced, neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Check-in was difficult and frustrating. The property manager had difficult requirements we had to do right before checking in. All could have been requested and completed well before the check-in date. This was in part because a pet fee could not be processed by Bookings.
Hosts provided only one hand towel per restroom. This was far fewer than the number of guests.

Property was an exceptional value!
It housed seven adults and one child and a service animal without difficulty.
Plenty of room for hanging together or alone time if needed as it had five separate bedrooms.
Really the only “complaint” we had is it didn’t have a regular coffee maker to make a pot of coffee.
It had a Keurig, which was fine...
When I reached out to the property manager, they promptly let us know where the Keurig coffee pods were located and we were able to make do!!

The house was roomy. There were enough bedrooms that each couple could have their own room.
The house was pretty clean but there were a lot of renovation materials still around. The kitchen was not very well stocked (no grater, no mixer, no foil, no ziploc bags). The dryer was absolutely stuffed (maybe three loads worth) when we got there. We off-loaded, ran the dryer for longer, emptied and folded the sheets/towels.
