Great location close to Southern X and Flinders St Stations, tram stop at front door. Quiet, safe. Good kitchenette. Affordable for inner city.

Poor air circulation. Air conditioner filter needs cleaning. No lift to my floor. Shower tap came off in my hand. Light switch in bed alcove, I had to climb over double bed to reach. No staff on premises. Requirement to collect key from convenience store half a block away was not mentioned on Booking.com website until after the date for free cancellation had passed. I had contacted host 2 days prior, saying arriving 8pm off Overland, a solo senior with luggage, would there be reception staff on site. This q was not answered, just ok to the time. Key arrangement needs to be improved and clearly stated upfront.

It’s in the middle of the city, everything is close and the tram station is right in front.

I love that it was nicely self-contained, easy to get to by walking, and public transport, and always helpful to have a little kitchen area to yourself. It was also very quiet inside. Has a nice, discreet, amount of storage next to the bed. And the bed was very comfortable!

Unfortunately somebody had previously melted something on the iron, so I couldn’t use it. And the lift is mid floor, so you can’t use it to go to the first floor. Not a big deal for me, but if you have limited mobility this is going to be an issue.

I was attending PAX and it was a good location close to the tram and easy walking distance.

I had to chase for information. I was out the front with no idea how to access it. I was only given direction when I chased the contact.
