I love the furniture here - very comfortable! Love how it's arranged, the perfect art work all over the place, and that we had two recliners. We are senior citizens, so comfort & convenience are important. The bedrooms are lovely and relaxing. Beds very comfortable! The deck is great and even the neighbors we met were friendly! The kitchen is great - everything you need. I was so glad we could bring our dog with us. That's #1 with me!

Perfect location, the balcony facing sun all day and protect you from the wind. 4 minutes drive from the dog beach park and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Awesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our townhouse rental at Pensacola Beach. It was a great location for beach and getting to dog beach. Townhouse was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood was safe with nice neighbors. We had an issue with Florida Power and Light that iTrip management and owner handled for us with good responsiveness and concern. The issue was handled satisfactorily.

The house was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Beach was a quick walk across the street just a few minutes. Local restaurants were very good. Next door neighbors were very friendly. Overall a good experience.

The condo was a nice place to relax, filled with vibrant colors and spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms were well-appointed and had excellent water pressure. The location was very convenient to the beach, and to the rest of Pensacola Beach attractions.

The house was perfect for 4 people. We had a nice quick weekend getaway. The deck was so nice to sit on in the morning and evening. Love that it’s dog friendly! The trolley stop was right across the street, which was very convenient! Also, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve felt in a while. I had the best nights sleep during our stay. Great home with quick beach access!

Absolutely loved this property!! It was so beautiful and conveniently located. It is right on the bay and a short walk across to the beach. It was super simple to pack up and head straight to the beach. The condo itself if updated and cozy! We throughly enjoyed our trip, the local restaurants and gorgeous views. Highly recommend and will plan to come back!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.... This home was perfect, 3 big comfortable Beds, Good Water Pressure, Awesome Deck! Location was fantastic! Pet Friendly, 4 minutes to the Dog Beach ON THE GULF!!!
We looked at the pictures and brought a baby gate for the deck stairs to keep the dogs on the deck, they loved people watching. Listing is Very accurate, Property Manager was VERY fast to respond. Everyone always needs a negative to believe these reviews, so I had to dig deep... The curtains let a LOT of light in and The place lights up at Sunrise... So.... If you can't sleep in the daylight, bring a sleeping mask.... That was the only negative we could think of... Cold AC Hot Water, a sprayer out front for sand and an outdoor shower out back. The stairs are steep, wasn't an issue for us. Area is safe... The Boardwalk is 5 minutes away. We bought a SunPass and never needed to leave the island. Publix is about 10 minutes away. The listing had us prepared, we brought our own Beach Supplies, extra TP and trash bags, and laundry supplies. 2 pods provided. 2 full bathrooms and a half bath also! Icemaker works quickly, and the TVs and Internet were great... We will be back!!!

Newly remodeled and great location. You have the sound at the back door and a short walk to the gulf. Great host and accommodations everything was clean and decorated super beach style. Made you feel right at home. We will
