Villa Monestevole 501 is a serene home nestled in the Umbrian hills between Lake Trasimeno and Umbertide, Italy. It's a perfect location for a family or friends who are looking to explore all the richness that Umbria has to offer!
The Villa is conveniently positioned for breathtaking day trips to destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Perugia (Italy’s chocolate capital), Orvieto, Castiglione del Lago, and Deruta, where highly skilled local artists create world-class ceramics.
Because the Villa is so close to the Tuscan border, Montepulciano, Siena, and Cortona are also convenient day trips.
THE SPACE:
Villa Monestevole 501 offers four en-suite bedrooms in the main house and a charming one-bedroom cottage nestled within the 44-acre tree-ensconced estate.
Families or groups can reserve the top two floors of the Villa and much of the Villa grounds for their private use.
The grounds of the Villa are extensive and include an outdoor plunge pool, BBQ area, a gazebo, and a cabana. You have exclusive use of all of the facilities.
Guests will also have use of the fully equipped kitchen, terraces, living room, and dining room, and the option of dining on the terraces
The guest rooms are on the top floor of the Villa, equipped with en-suite bathrooms, Internet access, and individual room keys. Linens, towels, and hairdryers are provided for use while staying. TVs are not provided in the bedrooms.
Although air conditioning is unavailable, each room is equipped with traditional Italian shutters and a fan for those rare nights when the lush Umbrian hills don’t dissipate the summer heat.

When you book here, you are reserving the top two floors of the Villa and much of the Villa grounds for your private use.
Please note, that the owners live on the bottom floor of the Villa which is separated by locked internal doors and accessed by a separate entrance/exit door and gate.
You have your own gated entrance and car parking area.
