Home was clean and just as advertised. Not a ton of natural light but we just kept lights on. Rooms were plenty big. Kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the two family rooms and were able to spread out as we were a family of 7. Worked perfectly for our graduation weekend needs!

If you are looking for a spacious comfortable place to stay while in Denver this is the place. A couple of cosmetic items like no toilet paper holder in the master and some paint peeling but overall it was perfect for what we wanted which was a place to unwind after a busy day sight seeing. Plenty of beds and they were comfortable.

(You forfeit 100% of your payment if you want to avoid this blatant data scrape.)Booking requires additional fees outside of VRBO fees.Repeated requests to not post less than 5-star reviews publicly.The questionable: House was clean-ish but definitely not professionally cleaned. Dishes and pots/pans had crusted food still on them. We had to clean everything before use.Very few cooking utensils.Heat was iffy and required time during vacation to discuss with property management company.No closet doorsNot enough towels or washcloths for three people. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for three people.Posted occupancy cert expired in August 2023.Sadly, I expect some retaliation for the honest review.
