We love visiting this little bungalow. Close to the Pisgah Forest and a short drive to downtown Brevard. We plan to return in early August!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house is absolutely cute, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all the resources and amenities we could have needed for our stay.One of our favorite parts was the cute backyard area—it was the perfect spot to sit back and chill in the morning/evenings. The location is great, making it easy to get around, and checking in was a breeze thanks to the clear communication and easy access instructions from the host.Would absolutely stay here again!

This is truly a modern farmhouse experience, complete with donkeys in the backyard and quiet time on the front porch. It is exceptionally located to Pisgah park and a short drive to Asheville. This is the place for a respite from big city living.

Pearly & Lois is a beautiful and charming cottage near Brevard and Pisgah Forest! We had an amazing experience with the home. Beds are very comfortable! Amenities are great! Home is perfectly appointed! We didn’t cook but loved having the charming retro fridge to store leftovers and drinks and microwave to reheat coffee! We enjoyed some great restaurants around Brevard including Pisgah Bake House, Papa Lews, Pisgah Social, and Big Mikes Pizza. Of course, we had Dolly’s too. This place was minutes from everything! The bathrooms are adorable and functional, with a small wall sink in each bedroom. We loved having 2 bathrooms. The fireflies put on a show for us (it’s late June) and the weather was perfect for sitting and napping on the porch. We loved meeting the neighbors (a pair of curious donkeys!) and could hear the Davidson River from the house. We spend a lot of time in Pisgah, and plan to be back to this beautiful cottage. Pack your clothes, toiletries, and beach towels (for adventures at sliding rock and swimming holes (we loved Still Water just before Looking Glass!)) The house had the added benefit of a washer and dryer! (We brought our own detergent) Clean up and check out was super easy and realistic tasks. Connie was responsive, too! Big thanks to Connie for the wonderful home and experience! We’ll be back!
