The house was pretty clean except for something gross and unexpected in one of the drawers. The twin beds were broken and almost in the floor in one of the bedrooms. We reported it and the reality company responded quickly. The man who fixed the beds was extremely nice and helpful. One of the bedrooms up stairs stayed warm and was blowing hot air out of the registers. We called the reality company and reported the 2 twin beds on the lower level as almost unsleepable b/c you could the springs in the bed when you lied down on them. I reported it twice to Ocean Vacation Resorts in Oak Island and they said they were going to call the owner. They never called me back! So we could not use the bedroom. I would think twice before using them as your Realtor in Oak Island.
