The house was well setup to handle our group of 10. The dining table was more than adequate for all of us to have meals. The kitchen, dining a living rooms were open and spacious. We enjoyed the spa and watching deer everyday in the back yard. I’d stay here again.

Property was very nice. Easy check in. Home was as described. Quick, short notice trip was hassle free. Thanks!

TV was a bit confusing. We tried to watch the master and were unable to. Said we needed to sign in to ESPN. Which we didn't have a login for that. Internet was spotty. Thursday night we were unable to watch TV downstairs due to the internet being out. Not sure about upstairs everyone went to bed. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Very nice property!

This home was a nice place to stay. The main room was very spacious and the sleeping arrangements are great for groups with single individuals/children and couples. The deck was nice and overlooked the wooded backyard. There was a swing in the backyard which was a peaceful place to sit and think. It's just a few minutes from the best show in Ruidoso, The Flying J. Make sure you go to the Flying J! It's been there 40 years and has never disappointed us. The clean jokes, laughter, food and entertainment are first class, down home and inviting. It's always a wonderful evening and has come to be a very special place to our family. This property is run by a management company in Ruidoso so communication with the host was not what my experiences have been with other VRBO's. Check-in communication was not given. It wasn't until I finally called the number and was told that I had to come by the office to check-in. I don't know what the process would been had we arrived after business hours.
