Clean, sci-fi experience. Really energetic, helpful staff.
The TV refused to work with the iPad. Doc showed me how to use the remote control to get it operational, but I had to do this every time I turn it on. Not the end of the world. Just an annoyance.

Great design, nice rooftop pool and good location
10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
Quiet and comfortable bedroom.
Self checkin got complicated with one reservation for multiple rooms.
Bed is up against the window so less than ideal for two people.
Price is high for the size of the room.

Beautifully decorated, happy hour, bar, food available, clean and bed was comfortable. Quiet A/C and cool mood lights in room.
Our room, bathroom and shower was ridiculously small. Could barely function in room with two people. Bed was built into the window so you had to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. Barely enough space for belongings and clothes. No fan option.
