It needs a receptionist for people like us who are not familiar with the new online check-in, etc. We were almost locked out of our room and there was no one to help us except the man on the phone. Do note he was very helpful and patient .

Room is clean, modern and excellent aircon. Bathroom has everything you need.
Extremely difficult to find the property (photos sent were of the entrance which is not visible to the street. I had to walk around with a heavy bag late at night trying to find it. Then when I got to my room, although I retrieved the key in the lock box easily (after realising which room was mine as the only one with no number on the lockbox!) the door was very difficult to unlock. Also, there is a coffee machine but no coffee pods. No tea or anything but one small bottle of water.
