Had a magnificent stay, location was in a splendid place, close to the mall of athens, just a few minutes walking, and also transportation to anywhere was in easy reach as well, right next to the mall of athens. Also very quite area, magnificent if you are a sensitive sleeper. Staff was friendly and always available to answer or help in any way needed. And the room was marvelous, had all the equipment needed for a stay, either short or long. All in all, superb! Highly recommend for such a good price as well!

Μας άρεσε πολύ τα έπιπλα και η διακόσμηση. Ήταν απλά και μοντέρνα.

The apartment is spacious enough, has all the necessary amenities (even slippers), air-conditioning and a small back yard, it is clean too. Walking distance to the mall, the stadium and the metro.

The empty pool, it looked dirty and abandoned. Generally the outdoor space can be improved.

- Located in Marousi and close to main road + venues. - 2 bathrooms (1 with tub) - spacious

Verde apartments quality has been inconsistent throughout our multiple stays. They started off with good room sizes, amenities in the units, clean in the units and common areas. Verde had been our go to for quality and price point. The past year or so our stays we have noticed a steep decline. What we considered once a go to for practicality and quality for our stay has turned into at best a lower end hotel accommodation not worth the price. We found dust, particles and hair throughout the apartment and in the various room including the balcony. There was no kitchen paper, no clothespins to hang clothing. Mattresses worn out and uncomfortable to sleep. Closets, drawers were not cleaned. Felt like a run down unit and building. Parking available a block above the building. Would not stay again.
