The unit is really great! Decorations were perfectly aligned to the locale. Bed was comfortable. We will come back here in a heartbeat!
The location is awesome as we could drive to just about anywhere in downtown area within 5-10 minutes. We could even get to a casino inside 20 minutes.
The only issue we had was that the internet is pretty slow and, in the evenings, slowed even more. We used the TV for Netflix and could watch, but often at night it would freeze up due to bandwidth issues. The TV does have Xfinity though, so we could use that. Ultimately, it was fine as we were on vacation and didn't need the internet, but if we had children, it could have been an issue.
Take that as FYI only. The place is well worth the stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and good quality
The artistic flare of decor was in sync with surroundings of Santa Fe.
The park next door was a nice place to walk over for sunset which I love to watch
There is busyness at the park each evening but it seemed to quiet down after dark
I lived in Santa Fe 45 years ago and this casita helped me to feel home again.

Wonderful Casita overlooking the nightlight of Santa Fe with a woodburning fireplace. Cozy, convient to downtown Plaza, Great big screen TV, fabulously stocked kitchen. The Place !!

Everything was fine. Unit was clean, well appointed and centrally located. The only thing I would take issue with is the check out time - 10AM is too early and they were sitting outside at 9:45 waiting for us to depart. You don't need 6 hours to clean 715 sq ft. Also, the cleaning fee was too high. Unless your guests trash the place it should take no more than an hour or so. $135 for that doesn't cover your costs, it's actually a profit center. It's akin to a hotel charging a resort fee but not really having amenities to support it.
