The home was clean and comfortable, the views were awesome and the location outstanding,

This is a perfect location with perfect views. Also right by the pool & hot tub. It’s an older unit but very clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortable. Hot in the evenings a couple of days but was tolerable. Enjoyed having a cooler and some beach chairs. Would definitely recommend this condo. We will return sometime soon hopefully.

This was a great place. Was all that we expected. We had our 19 and 15 yr old with us. Lots of room.
View was amazing!! Sunset, dolphins, whales and waves!!! This is the reason I picked this place and it didn’t disappoint.
Had everything we needed.
If you love to fall asleep to sound if waves then this is your place.
Right beside pool so we could look out and see how many people where there.
Close to restaurants and shops.
Place had ceiling fans and extra fans. Didn’t find to hot at night to sleep either fan’s definitely helped with that.

If your looking for stunning ocean views this one has them. Great location about a mile from down town Kona. Once you walk into this unit and get over the great views of the ocean. You start to settle in and get comfortable. That when you will realize that the unit itself has been neglected and nothing has been fixed and everything is outdated. The paint on the walls are multiple shades of white. The nails are coming through the drywall on the roof in several spots. The carpet needs help and in the master it’s worn do to the plywood. The screen door is coming apart and screens falling off. You will want a breeze to cool this unit and some of the windows don’t open properly because they are broken. There is no a/c and the ceiling fans aren’t enough. There are a few fans there that I assume past people left behind. This unit was a little on the dirty side as well. When your charged for cleaning you would like to think that wiping the counter, cleaning crumbs off the couch, sweeping the floor, and having to wash dishes to use them. All disappointing. There is boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, ice chest and umbrella in the unit to make your beach day awesome. You are located steps away from the pool. The grilling area is nice and has several tables so you can enjoy you meal outside. The Sea Village is clean and well kept. Plus it is quite at night.
