Other minor improvements include new flooring in the upstairs bedrooms and basement living room, and a new laundry room with a new stackable washer and dryer. The second-floor deck will be screened in, a fire pit area will be adjacent to the deck, and the siding is being replaced. The basement will no longer have a bar area and will be repainted.
