Escape the noise and truly unplug at this peaceful Poconos retreat in Lake Ariel's Indian Rocks Community. Friendly deer roam the wooded yard — some will walk right up to you. Fire up the grill, challenge each other to a board game, then gather by the fire pit for s'mores or a drink under the stars. When you're ready, the community pool, kayaking on Lake Wallenpaupack, horseback riding, and a local zoo are all minutes away. Perfect for families, multigenerational getaways, or a girls' weekend. -- THE PROPERTY -- Outdoor Dining Area | Furnished Sunroom | Access to Resort-Style Amenities Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed INDIAN ROCKS COMMUNITY PERKS: Seasonal outdoor pools, basketball courts, sand beach, playground, lake access, private security HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Smart TV, fireplace (decorative only), dining table, furnished deck, gas grill, kayak (seasonal summer access) KITCHEN: Fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, cooking basics, toaster, dishware/flatware, trash bags/paper towels, blender GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, keyless entry, A/C unit, hair dryer, linens/towels, ceiling fans FAQ: 1 exterior security camera (facing out) ACCESSIBILITY: 3 steps required to enter, single-story home PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles), trailer parking available -- THE LOCATION -- FAMILY FUN: Lacawac Sanctuary (3 miles), Claws 'N' Paws Wild Animal Park (4 miles), Costa's Family Fun Park (18 miles), Kalahari Water Park (25 miles), Pocono Raceway (30 miles), Camelback Mountain Waterpark (30 miles) GET OUTSIDE: Ledgedale Recreation Area/Lake Wallenpaupack (1 mile), Roaming Woods Lake (7 miles), Lake Ariel (9 miles) AIRPORTS: Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (28 miles), Lehigh Valley International Airport (69 miles) -- REST EASY WITH US -- Evolve makes it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave.
