The house was beautiful. We stayed with a party of 10 and it accommodated us perfectly. It has a nice large yard and deck. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels which is usually not the case at some places. We will book again should the need arise.
Additionally, we forgot something of value and they allowed us to re-access the property easily to retrieve it.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The purpose of our rental was to have a place for my parents to stay and for our family to all gather for Christmas, providing us enough space to enjoy our celebration etc. here are the pros: convenient location, close to everything you need- restaurants, grocery, etc. , if visiting in the warmer months- lots if space outdoors to roam and get out, good amount of space for cooking and dining, lounging, etc. clean, plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, etc. everything worked fine, no issues during our stay.
cons: if your a person that prefers staying at locations that have been modernized, home is very dated ( especially kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) with just a few minor updates could have a better feel all around to visitors. If comfortable beds and pillows are crucial for you, you may not be satisfied. I am of opinion that bedding is a very important investment to make in an air bnb!! You cannot go cheap. While beds in general can be unique for each person- i would say , most would agree these were little to be desired and the pillows were so flat and uncomfortable, we had to get our own. There was only one bed that my parents could sleep comfortably in- and unfortunately it was not the large master bedroom that we intended them to stay in- so just keep that in mind if that’s important. All bedrooms are upstairs so if need first floor accommodations- this would not work. It was on a busy road- but far back enough didn’t seem to be an issue.
Again overall we had a great time here- and the location worked fine. However, i would say in order to book again - beds and pillows would need to be upgraded! And kinda be nice if modernized a bit.

I was truly disappointed when we arrived. The house is much more weathered than the pictures. I would say the pictures are several years old. The picture of the creek shows full access to it and I booked this house mainly for the creek so the grandkids could play in it. Imagine my disappointment when there was years of growth at the creek and you couldn't even see it or get to it. The hiking trails have not been kept up for a while and our family likes to hike so that was another disappointment. The grass hasn't been mowed in weeks. The outside was just not taken care of and we are a family with 8 little grandkids and love to be outside. The property manage never acknowledged that the pictures were several years old as you don't get that kind of growth in one spring. Just that they had a flood and couldn't get to things. Again, I wouldn't have booked this place if I would have known you couldn't get to the creek. I wish I could post pictures to show the difference. Thankfully my son cut a path to the creek which I was so thankful b/c he knew how excited I was about the creek and worked to make it fun for the grands. They did love it and maybe others after us will enjoy it as well.
All I ask is that the pictures be updated to show how things really are or just remove them and not mention the creek or the hiking trails. Just be honest.
If you don't care about the outside then you will enjoy this place. The house is a little dated but was clean and had lots of room for our whole family. Close to many things to do.
