We stayed here for almost a month. It is a nice condo that is close to both the beach and downtown Las Olas. The property is well maintained and was very clean. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The property manager was very responsive and the other residents were friendly. The area was also very safe. The central A/C was pretty loud when it ran, and had difficulty keeping the bedroom area cool. Ceiling fans would help greatly. That was our only concern. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable condo in a quiet complex, convenient to the beach as well as to the Las Olas restaurant scene.

We stayed for about 3.5 weeks. My wife vacationed while I worked remotely. The unit had excellent wifi and I was able to sit near the pool and catch a bit of sun during my meetings. The location was perfect: a short walk to either the restaurants and shopping, or the beach. The unit itself was quite nice with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bed was very comfortable!! The unit was well-provided for, with a good amount of towels, supplies, and, very importantly, a coffee machine with filters.
The owner, Frantz, was super responsive and very helpful. If you have any issues during your stay, don't worry because he will be all over it helping you. Overall, this was a great choice. You would be hard pressed to find a better place for the price.
