Overall, pleasant experience! The lake and mountain view was spectacular. Almost everything was in working order. The heating equipment wasn't working though (or we didn't know how to operate it), but that's not the issue, the thing we didn't appreciate the most, was the lacking hospitality from the contact person. I sent a photograph of an unwashed coffee maker (with grounds still in it) and inquired about the heating fireplace functionality and also asked about availability of streaming apps (the cable service had a message requiring their internet service to give access to the apps such as Netflix), for all my yapping, all I got was (and I quote) "Hello #name# We can have maintenance there till Tuesday". My message was sent Saturday, mind you, which was our second night, and Wednesday was our last night. So the heating would have been fixed for two nights out of six!
I do realize stuff breaks, sometimes at the last minute even. I also realize hosts don't have to be "Walt Disney" friendly, but when you work in the hospitality business and you care to stay and make profit in it, I'd say some form of hospitality is a must. Needless to say, my three other texts didn't receive any acknowledgement.
With all that been said, I hope no serious harm or terrible circumstances prevented the contact person from communicating with us, but if all is well with them, I think they need to reconsider the profession or their style.
Anyway, all in all, I liked the place and the view but will avoid in the future due to the lacking communication.

This Poimt Dillon condo is located near the dam and has an excellent view of lake and mountains from a large balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Nice and firm. There was a stand alone shower in the master bath which we enjoyed. Very nice place to stay.

Couldn't find a better place for the best view! The kitchen was fully equipped with every dish and cooking utensil. The furniture was so comfy as were the beds! The Hot Tub just a few steps away, was perfect! We have already recommended this place to friends!

First of all, the mountain views are incredible. We have rented condos in this building several times over the years because of the view. First time renting this one and the view carries most of the weight of the 3 star rating. We give the view 5 stars. The master bath has been mostly remodeled and is nice, but rest of the unit is extremely dated and very unappealing decor, which is also very old. The king bed was comfortable. Although most things were functional, all appliances are old. The door to the dryer won't stay shut because the lint trap piece is so bent out of shape. The unit was mostly clean with the exception of the little breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining areas, which we cleaned...........and the WORST was when we went out onto the balcony our first evening there and found dog poop out there!!!! Pets are not supposed to be allowed, but nonetheless, the cleaning crew should have taken care of it. We texted a picture of it to Ed, the Property Manager, and he didn't even acknowledge our text, nor sent anyone over to clean it up, so we had to deal with it the entire 3 days we were there as we did not care to clean it up and it wasn't our responsibility . Place is extremely dated, carpet is worn, torn in places and stained, some furniture has the finish worn off, there was NO hand soap anywhere in the entire unit.......only the little bath bar soaps. So if you want to wash your hands with anything other than Dawn dishwashing liquid, bring your own! No hooks in either bathroom to hang clothes or robe, etc on after showering or changing. Patio furniture is really old with cracked and icky white plastic chairs and rusting wrought iron seating. Although we didn't cook any meals while there, the kitchen seems fairly adequately supplied except there are only a few actual glass drinking glasses. Plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs.......and half a dozen or so very old worn, plastic glasses. We realize the very dated and unappealing decor are reflected in the nightly rate as we've paid more per night at nicer units there that we've stayed in. We knew this one was dated by the pictures, but it was available the weekend we needed, so we gave it a shot. We will pay a little more per night in the future and get a nicer one..........will not be back to this one ever again. Owner could get so much more in rent if they'd do some updating.
