One of the nicest units I’ve stayed in. Decor is bright, modern, and comfortable. Sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The laundry even has detergent and Bounce.
It’s in the “Brick house” neighborhood. Safe, pleasant walking distance to restaurants.
Definitely a five star.

Our actual stay was lovely. The little basement studio was cozy and well appointed, and the owners were so, so kind. I would go back for the owners and the space. That said, Evolve was not on it. They never sent me a confirmation, so I eventually had to call the day of to get the address. When we got there, we couldn't get in, because Evolve had failed to inform our host of our pending arrival, and thus the door code had never been changed (or the bedding, for that matter). We eventually got in, after calling and having to use a temporary code, only to have our poor host show up in a panic a few minutes later, apologizing for the confusion and clearly upset with the situation. Our host was very kind though, getting the sheets changed out and giving us a bottle of wine for the trouble (which was very gracious of him). We highly, highly recommend the property. We just wish Evolve had done their job!
