The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - NOTE: Central A/C is provided, however, please note that there is no ventilation duct in the upstairs areas. Fans are provided for those areas. Opening windows, turning fans on, and/or lowering the A/C temperature will help to keep those areas cool during warmer months. Two baseboard heaters controlled by a thermostat that is available in the upstairs bedroom for heating during cooler weather - NOTE: Guests are allowed to have up to the maximum occupancy of the listing at the location at all times - NOTE: The railing in the loft area is an open rail type and although we have taken steps to minimize openings, it may not be considered child safe.
