The cameras are primarily for monitoring weather conditions - This property does not offer air conditioning - There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site, and they share the beach, yard, and dock with this property; therefore, from June to August, other travelers may be present during your stay. This cabin is private and has a dedicated grill, fire pit, hammock, and picnic table. Due to the area's seasonality, September to May are the quieter times of the year - While 3 kayaks are available to this unit, a total of 8 adult-sized kayaks, 3 child-sized kayaks, 1 rowboat, and 1 canoe are shared between the rentals on-site. Guests are encouraged to coordinate with each other to share equipment as needed - The seasonal dock is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests are welcome to use it for fishing or swimming; if you would like to use it for other purposes you will need to reach out after booking - There is no EV charging available on-site, but there is a charging station less than a mile down the road
