Beautiful terasse, good location, AC in both rooms, super friendly host

The climb to the apartment (small windy stairs) would not be for people with mobility issues. We had some trouble getting the luggage up and back down

Close to Acropolis but also located in a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants. A very responsive and friendly host. The huge terrace was a bonus.

En fin lägenhet med utvecklingspotential. Terassen med mycket fin öppen utsikt, men behöver fräschas upp. Trevligt med mycket grönt, men det hjälper inte. Den gröna plastmattan behöver bytas. ( om den överhuvudtaget behövs) Även inventarierna var lätt ofräscha och föråldrade. Katter som gästar ibland. Glöm inte stänga terassdörren om man inte vill ha besök. Hade ett bra samtal med ägarinnan om standarden även inne. Behövs plockas bort i min åsikt av inventarierna och göras mera avskalat och luftigt. ( alla tycker förstås olika). Trasig plåtlist vid trappan till badrummet. Upptäckte den i tid. Lätt att göra illa sig på. Små detaljer drar ner helheten. Ojämn nivå på varmvattnet. Skållande hett ibland och nästan inget varmt ibland. Fick även elavbrott i lägenheten. Sånt som händer men irriterande. Ägarinnan ordnade det. Trappan till lägenheten fungerade, men inte så lätt att passera. Obs den låga dörren för att komma in i byggnaden till trappan. Mycket låg. Slog i huvudet. Behöver en markering. Hunden var inte ”farlig” enligt ägarinnan men gav rädsla. Läget vid den stora gatan i dubbel fil. Inte så lätt att gå över. Området överlag inte det mest trygga och charmiga

The size of the terrace & view The owner let coffee and 1 bottle of water ( 1 bottle of wine that we did Not Drink) as Welcome gesture Also champu and shower gel available in toilette She is really kind and provides Lots of info if You need it Close to metro although not The best district to Walk At night

The stairs : first marble stairs from main door are still fine although very dark corridor the worst! 2 spiral staircase very narrow and not stable at some point You have to carry the luggage in your hands to the top and is so narrow difficult for My partner who suffered Of vertigo One upstairs don't look down !(not recommended this place due to this) Get in the apartment and You got small steps level- cases everywhere to easy fall Behind the small table next to The bed is Some stuff left from Other customers and lots of dust everywhere No space between bed and to wall to stand up ( kust walk on the bed ) not fine Two steps more in the bed room to get to the toilet with glass door Some mosquito nets are broken And as well the s kitchen sink was leaking à Lot of water so all the kitchen table was Wet and the napkins etc (we solved putting Paper around the tabs!!) Some pear-Lights missing in the bedroom And toilet needs a Better lighting You have to take suitcases/backpak downstairs last day and don't forget the garbage Bag you to take rubbish outside is normal to take the rubbish laat day in one appartment rent but those stairs can injure someone hardly) Not recommend for elderly people , disabled , or children/ young people This place needs safe stairs and lot of maintenance !!!
