Everything was just excellent! First of all, the location was wonderful. Just a few minutes walk from the closest metro station (Kleber, or Champs-Elysees Etoile), an easy access to almost everywhere. Our host, Elie is a very friendly and attentive person, she was always reachable whenever we needed.
Nothing at all. The elevator was very small and very slow, but I think it's common in all the apartment buildings in Paris.

This is one of the more affordable options for Paris, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, cafes and shops. Truly like getting the keys to your friends house in Paris. Ellie was a fantastic host, met us at the property despite the constant arrival time changes and showed us everything. Very clean.
Extremely hot! The aircon had to run nonstop, hotter inside than outside. Not really a lot of room for 3 adults - the pull out sofa and bed were less than a foot apart. Not a new property, but more than decent.

Perfekte Lage, 2min zum Arc de Triomphe, 15 min zum Eiffelturm, Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Waschtrockner und allen Küchenutensilien.
