Elevators went down in the night. There was no one to help bring luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Desk personnel was not allowed to leave the desk area. We are two ladies 60’s and 70’s one with broken wrist.

Why are there so few hotels near Sacramento airport?

Location was ideal for my needs and the property was clean, nicely decorated and I felt safe in the area.

I woke up at 6 am to ants crawling on me. When turning on the lights there were ants crawling on the walls, nightstands, bathroom. I contacted the front desk, who offered me bug spray and no other room. I asked to speak with a manager and was told told they would be in at 7 am but they actually came in after 9 am only to be informed they couldn’t do anything for me since I booked with a 3rd party. I’ll be contacting Booking. Com for a full refund because I’m NOT paying for a hotel room with ants…very traumatizing experience!

Close to airport after late arrival. Newly build, spotless.

Brand new property, immaculately clean. Still working out a few kinks but the staff is very eager to please. The kitchenette had everything I needed; I was only there for a night but could have stayed a month.

It's about a fifteen minute shuttle ride to the airport, which was longer than I expected, but fine.
