The breakfast was very nice. Fresh cut fruit would have been great to have. Having bathrobes in the room would have been nice.
Normally room attendants knock before entering. Ours opened our door in the morning without knocking. She stopped when she heard the television and left. We didn't actually see her. We were just surprised she did not knock.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. I had a bowl of Cheerios but it turned out to be sweetened Cheerios, so I didn’t like them.
I needed to go to urgent care for a sore throat and I was thrilled that the hotel was so close and the cost of a Lyft was reasonable.
I was in a hurry, but I didn’t see any little tubs of yogurt. I only saw a big bowl of plain yogurt, so I didn’t get any.

Good breakfast, the breakfast staff is excellent. The main breakfast lady is super good.
The food is a little repetitious but it's good.

We choose this hotel for the free shuttle service but when we landed and had our bags we tried numerous times to reach hotel and request pick up and never could get a live person on the phone. After 15-20 minutes of attempts, we got a Uber. When we arrived at hotel and explained our frustration, didn’t really seem to matter
