Everything ..... beautiful apartment that was spotless. Everything was brilliant, spa bath, huge comfy bed, mini bar the lot.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable.
The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything to make our stay special, responding to requests for breakfast and even asking what time best suited us for housekeeping to come in.
As well as a well-stocked fridge, and fresh flowers, varied continental breakfasts were delivered to our door and an extra daily hamper of goodies. They even gave us a picnic to take with us when we left.
The village of Hawkshead is a great location from which to explore the district.

Spacious, comfortable, very clean. Generous breakfasts and welcome baskets.
Staff in reception extremely helpful and responsive to requests.
Very nice being asked what time to have housekeeping clean the room.
Great location.
The light and blind controls seem unnecessarily complicated and were not actually functioning properly.
However an electrician checked them out straight away and as he could not rectify the fault had some bedside lights brought in.
