The caravan was dirty
Caravan was dirty and smell of gas

Dirty old caravan that had been bodged up. Oven didn't work, fire didn't work, broken old table and chairs outside. The shower was filthy, one curtain missing in lounge, other curtains not attached to rail. Curtain pole fell down in twin bedroom, a blk bin bag containing linen left in main wardrobe. Pelmet fell off wall in lounge.

caravan looked tired ,some curtains missing some ,curtain rails not fixed correctly ,part of the bedframes broken ,gas lighter for hob and oven not working ,unable to operate the gas fire as think not connected,instruction sheet provided not compatible with the appliances in the caravan

It was clean and duvets were provided, just not the bed covers and sheets. It was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.
Some blinds had been broken by a previous holidaymaker but I had seen it mentioned on a previous review and we didn’t find it a problem.

the beds we’re comfortable
there was no curtains in the living area and all the remains of the broken curtain pole was left on the floor so we had no privacy especially at night .internet signal is awful ,utensils in the drawer were dirty .there was 4 broken chairs in one of the bedrooms .it didn’t look like it had been hoovered as the was a lot of mess on the floor and sofa. the cushions had stains on both of them.we reported the lack of curtains but it was never fixed I wouldn’t ever return here !!

very cold at night heaters offer nothing and the bathroom heater does not work at all
