Perfect location with beautiful views of the bay. Very clean with the exception of the carpet that desperately needs to be replaced (with wood or lvl) not a fan of carpet in rentals, it cannot be cleaned well.
Queen bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Over all the rest of the place is adorable and very clean.

Very Clean, simple and efficient. Ice cold a/c and warm shower. The view was unbeatable.
Twin beds saggy, queen bed hard. No Keurig only regular coffee maker. Path to beach was steep and there was a large jump off the decking to get onto the sand.

Such a lovely location and the house was clean and a nice stripped down beach vacation feeling. The host was great and having a coded lock made it easy. We were there in early spring so it was really quiet. I can imagine it getting pretty busy in the summer because there were multiple houses on the property and because of the close access to the beach, P town was just a short drive - Thank you for a lovely space for us to take our little vacation!
maybe leave some little things like salt, coffee, tea etc for folks that haven't had a chance to shop yet and are coming in late. The electric stove was a bit challenging but other than that - all good!
