Location was suitable for me, but I think the bathroom could have installed a holder for us to put our shampoo and soaps. Over all it was a good experience and I enjoyed it. Would book again if I am coming over again.

Netflix wasn't working, say it wasn't compatible to the device. Could consider installing coway or other water dispensers instead of just boiling water all the time. There are some dust and cobwebs on table and kitchen utensils but nothing too serious.

The host is very easy to deal with. Fast respond. Free parking. Clean house. Not even a single cockroch or ant to be found 😁

A bit frustated about the tv only due to tv box problem. Hope host can fix this issue soon.

Good location since we had to go to Shaftsbury Square..very close. Facilities good. The studio apartment just nice for us.

Not really clean even though I asked to make sure cleanliness due to my mom allergies. The toilet not really clean. The shelf for shampoo should be replaced. Dirty and dangerous. The kitchen also not really clean. Pungent smell. The cutleries not really clean. Shouldn't put dirty kitchen towel and left swept trash inside the dustbin. Others were okay.

Room is large with lots of electrical powerpoints and workspace. Bedsheets and room was very clean. Next to Shaftsbury Square with Saturday night market and other shops. Gym, swimming pool and playground.

I was notified wrong mailbox/unit number. Had to call host to clarify when key was not in mailbox but promptly given a different mailbox/unit. Very strong mothball smell throughout unit. Light in toilet a bit dim and glass partition could be cleaner.

Excellent value for money. Facilities are new and good quality.

The toilet floor mat is totally wet, when i called, the staff said the cleaner has gone back & asked me to swap with the kitchen floor mat.
