The room was very spacious and the location was great. A lot of places were nearby. Moreover it was very close to subway station. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice piano bar.
It felt quite dark in the room. The lighting could be better. Another thing is the air conditioner. It was very loud. During the night you cannot sleep with an air con on, otherwise you need to sleep with earplugs. Lastly in the bathroom you could notice the overall wear. Some pieces were broken.

הגעתי למלון רומר ל 2 לילות בניו יורק.
כבר בלילה הראשון החלפתי פעמיים חדר.
כך שהייתי בשלושה חדרים וכולם היו מסריחים. המזגן מרעיש ולא מקרר כמו שצריך. באחד החדרים גם הייתה שערה באסלה.
הלובי חשוך ולא נעים. החדרים נראים כאילו נלקחו מסרט אימה.
בקיצור שומר נפשו ירחק
הצוות היה סה"כ נחמד אבל נראה שאין להם ממש חשק לעזור ללקוחות.
