Overall, the apartment is nice and about a 15–20-minute walk to the city. It has all the necessary facilities and is as described. The apartment is right by the train tracks, so expect to hear the trains, as it is not very well insulated. My friend stayed in Apartment 7 from the same host, and we switched apartments during our stay. The other apartment was the same price but had been renovated, felt more cosy and was much better insulated. This apartment was fine for 2 nights, but in my opinion, the price should be lower compared to the other apartment. Check-in is easy with a key box outside, and the host is very nice and helpful. There is a café/bakery about 3 minutes away (not the best, but fine for a simple breakfast), the train station is around 10 minutes away, and there are a few cafés and restaurants nearby.

Although we expected some noise from the train tracks, as this is obviously something that cannot be changed and was expected, the walls were also very thin, and my friend could clearly hear the neighbours talking. Please also note that there is a bar next door which can be quite loud, although fortunately it closes at a reasonable time. The biggest issue for me was the smell of old things in the apartment, which was actually the main reason I asked my friend if we could switch apartments. The apartment is also very dark, with almost everything being black, which made it feel quite unpleasant for me to stay there. Also, the owner expects a copy of an ID - what we never experienced before however seems to be in accordance with the law

W przypadku lekkiego snu - z uwagi na bliskość torów kolejowych słychać dość często odgłosy przyjeżdżających pociągów. Również dochodzące odgłosy zza ściany ( chrapanie ect.)

小廚房應有盡有，該有的鍋具，餐具，盤子，杯子都很齊全，還有相當多調味料與食用油，房間跟廚房都蠻乾淨的，廁所有洗衣機，還有提供防曬與牙膏跟洗澡用品，然後房東回覆很快，有問題都很快解決，房子離火車站15分鐘路程，房子旁邊有便宜大型超市

隔音真的不太行，火車與隔壁住客聲音太大就很清楚，樓下酒吧會營業到11-12點，所以需要休息的人請帶好耳塞
