Downstairs wet room toilet seat needs replacing
Had to clean drain in wet room as it kept flooding then ok
Car parking space very tight as we had 7 seater car but managed ok

The View.
Smell of drains on entry, socks in the washing machine from previous occupants, dirty coffee machine, extremely damp bedroom with mold apparent on top floor, bathroom window on top floor wouldn't open, towel rail not fixed to the wall and bin left right outside the back door which was foul smelling, noise from the main street was unbelievably loud as its right in the main road.
