Great location very near the city centre and Ashton memorial well presented and equipped.
Only two little niggles would prefer the tv in the lounge area and a full length mirror in the bed room .

The price was right and location was ideal for us. We were just 6 mins. walk from Sainsbury and my adult son who was in Caton Court student accommodation. Sandra, our host effectively communicated the self check-in/out process and her cottage was clean and had all the bits and pieces needed for a comfortable stay. We had free parking right in front of the cottage and good WiFi. We enjoyed our privacy in the quiet street location and will highly recommend.
Tall grass in the path leading to the damp backyard where we had to go through to access the cottage. Slug slime was visible on the rugs in the living room at check-in and I saw a slug just outside the kitchen/dining door on our 2nd night.

We didn't actually stay at the property as our wee dog took ill and we had to come home. We lost her a couple of days later. We did arrive and there and everything looked good.
There was no TV in the lounge but was in the bedroom

Well appointed, comfortable terraced house in a pleasant area of stone-built houses. Close to the town centre and the canal.

Good location for the town, pleasant walk along the canal. Easy access to places beyond the town. Easy parking on street. Clean and fresh inside. Good to be able to accommodate dog.
Be helpful to have a working TV, and one or two extra items in the kitchen, e.g. scissors, colander.

We had an awesome stay at Miller Cottage, it's so near the centre of the Lancaster City. Parking was available right outside the front door .the property is fully furnished with everything you could want whilst touring or staying for longer.and allowing pets is the best thing
Lancaster City - morecambe and lake windermere are all worth a visit.
The next time we go to Lancaster will definitely be booking Miller's Cottage again
