Great place to get away from the everyday chaos of life…this is the place to go! Perfect for a relaxing getaway with all amenities included. The hot tub and sauna was just what was needed to unwind. The newly renovated design is only what you dream of in a home. Communication with the owners was amazing. They truly want you to escape to luxury. Will be booking again very soon!

We came with our family to Michigan City for a short getaway. The house was very new and so clean. Comfortable house and all that you would need for cooking and recreation. The walk to the beach was beautiful and we saw several deer ran past us. We couldn’t get over the beautiful beach and big waves along Lake Michigan. We even saw 2 people surfing…in Dec.! Thank you for a great stay!

This home was amazing. Everything we could want and so much more. Very modern, very clean, great owners, spacious and it made you feel like you were at home. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable. My wife and I and my mother all agree this was absolutely perfect home. We will stay here every time we come back to Michigan City to visit family. The home is so welcoming and relaxing.

This house was above and beyond anything we've ever rented. Absolutely beautiful house and property. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. Stayed in winter and still lots to do in the area.

This house was perfect for 3 couples on a weekend getaway. The house has everything you need, beautiful home with modern appliances and great outside area that includes a hot tub. Great restaurants nearby in Michigan City, IN and New Buffalo MI.

The property was immaculate inside and out, well appointed with high end everything and centrally located to all of our planned activities. In a nice neighborhood with the backyard feeling like you were tucked into a little private forest. Our group enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners together in the beautiful kitchen and just hanging out together in the evenings. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and there was even a sauna! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Top notch property that will not disappoint!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful, I would give it a much higher rating if I could. Everything was exactly how it looked on the site, which was quite a surprise. Very quiet neighborhood and we all slept like we were in our own homes. I challenge anyone to find one thing wrong with it. Book this one if available, you will not regret it. Will be back next year.

Beautiful, lots of amenities, clean and communicative owners. Hot tub and outdoor fireplace add so much to the experience. The address is a little confusing via gps, but owners gave clear explaination to work around this. Absolutely will be back!

Our group of three friends used this rental as a little writers' retreat to jumpstart creative projects while also checking in with our day jobs. The house had everything we needed to make this a success: nature, tranquility, speedy wi-fi, and a pleasant, functional kitchen. The large dining table and massive kitchen island were good for working as well as for lively dinners and conversation. A small desk would have been great for our purposes but most renters probably don't need one. The house was spotlessly clean (the cleanest rental I've ever been in), attractive, and very comfortable. One thing I appreciated was the lack of visual clutter. Many beach rentals have lots of bright colors, wall art, cutesy signs everywhere, etc. I really appreciated how serene and tasteful this home was. It made us feel calm. One of us tried the sauna and it too was spotless and enjoyable. Wonderful experience!

After spending 5 days and 4 nights on this short-term rental, I felt compelled to document how happy I was with the experience. The design of the house and the interior design was impeccable. The house was well thought out and featured, a hot tub, sauna, fire pit and big screen TVs in all rooms. All the furniture pieces were clean, well maintained and of a higher quality than I was used to in previous rentals. The kitchen utensils were organized in such a way to make cooking, cleaning, and putting dishes away easy. No misfit silverware or dishes or towels to sort through. Simple and easy to understand instructions on how to care for their home made it a very pleasant experience for me and the family.
If I were to go back to Michigan City, IN or somewhere nearby and this house was not available on my selected vacation days; I would change my vacation days to match the house’s availability. I have no doubt this rental will be as pristine if I were to return as it was on my initial visit.

My husband and I took our parents on a weekend getaway to Michigan City to enjoy the nearby casino, outlet mall and Oktoberfest, but the best part of the weekend was this property that nestled in a wooded neighborhood. The open layout kitchen and family room allowed all 6 of to enjoy plenty of time together. We didn’t use the outdoor gas fireplace or hot tub because it was so hot outside, but those would be really nice in the upcoming cooler months. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were terrific. Each couple had their own space. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a handful of spices and coffee K-cups to name a few items. There were plenty of clean linens available including beach towels for the hot tub. The property owners obviously carefully designed this property with their guests’ experience in mind.
My stepdad enjoyed it so much, he talked about coming back with 2 other couples. I’d highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay - everything from the great backyard with the hot tub, grill and fire pit area to the closeness to Lake Michigan. I really enjoyed my morning walks to the lake and back. It was a nice quiet walk with deer walking around and loved looking at all the different houses and the seeing the beaches on Lake Michigan. Very interesting with the time zone change a few blocks away. The house is very clean. There is a bathroom with every bedroom. There are fun outdoor games available. We really enjoyed our visit.

This brand new home has been well appointed; no detail was spared. The kitchen had everything needed for a nice stay-home meal, while the location allowed us to visit nearby breweries, wineries and distilleries with ease. The hot tub was relaxing after a day at the beach (only a 15 minute walk away). Communication with the owners was quick and they were friendly and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The property was exceptional, we actually thought it was the nicest rental VRBO we have stayed in. Not only the new construction, but all your extra touches. The home is beautiful, the outside patio was fabulous and the hot tub an added bonus. We enjoyed the sauna too.The interior was nicely decorated, everything we needed for our entertainment. We had a fun evening watching old music video's and playing name that tune on the big screen TV. The stereo in the hot tub rocked. We had deer walk through the yard and we took a nice walk to the lake. The rain stopped long enough Sunday for us to enjoy the boat races. 6 friends celebrating over 40 years of friendship couldn't let a little rain ruin our trip. Thank you for sharing your home, we made a lot of memories.

The house is like a page out of House Beautiful. Full of thoughtful amenities, spotlessly clean, and nicely landscaped. We especially enjoyed the patio outside with the fire table, and the roomy kitchen. We took advantage of the ten minute walk to the beach. We definitely look foreword to returning.

Beautiful, well appointed, clean new home. Very comfortable enjoyable stay. Great area and convenient to everything we were looking for, beaches, grocery store, great restaurants, fun shops, boating and the Dunes. They even provided beach towels to borrow.
Check in and out was super easy. Communication was good, Info in Welcome book about the area was very helpful.
Wished we had a lot longer to stay in the area!

This new construction farmhouse is exactly as it appears in photos, but doesn’t capture the warmth and inviting nature of the surroundings until you actually enter the home. The owners thought of every detail in the planning and decorating of the house. It’s beyond adorable! Whether you want to sit and relax and play games inside or outside , sit by a fire pit in a wooded setting, grill and cook in a chef’s dream kitchen, relax in a sauna or just want a peaceful night’s sleep in beautiful bedrooms, this is the place. Not far off expressway makes it easy to get to. Nearby are beaches, shopping outlets, casinos, wineries, restaurants and more. Can’t wait to have a reason to make time for another getaway soon.

We loved our stay here. Everything was so well thought out and planned for the home. You just pack and show up with any food you need. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. We spent a day in New Buffalo and one around Michigan City. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had grandparents, parents and teens in our grp of 6. This house was perfection for our grp. So clean, lots of natural light, lots of areas within the house and outside so we could be together or not. Really a brand new house - We made 2 meals at the house and cooked in their beautiful kitchen. It looks like Kris and Annabel are adding a hot tub soon, hope we can make it back on another trip.

Everything was smooth from getting to the property, checking in, all the way through checkout. Host was incredibly responsive throughout stay. The neighborhood was quiet and really helped us to relax.
The house was immaculate and had all listed amenities. Everything worked well and the space was set up well for our family of four.
The house is a short drive from both Michigan City and New Buffalo, so there was no shortage of exploration. We even had a bad weather day and took a field trip to Chicago because it was only an hour away. Great location.
The semi-private beach access was a short walk from the house (maybe 15 minutes with our young kids) and the kids loved it. My partner and I loved the fact that we only shared the sand with 2-3 other families versus a public beach.
The property really helped facilitate a peaceful and relaxing vacation, the whole family agreed we should come back next year.

This newly constructed BEAUTIFUL home located in a quiet neighborhood had all the amenities we needed for a getaway with our friends. Upon entering, we felt like we were walking into an HGTV decorated home and felt very welcomed and relaxed. We were able to take walks throughout the neighborhood as well as on a nice walking trail through the woods. After a fun days outing, we would return to our retreat and sit around a private, cozy gas fire pit while playing games and listening to the birds. When contacting the homeowners, they responded quickly and were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely consider staying again someday!!!

This is a beautiful home with cute decor and located walking distance to beach. Home had many amenities- toiletries, plenty of towels and although we didnt cook on this trip, kitchen had everything you would need to make family meals. Loved the fire pit and sauna as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!

Beautifully kept grounds. Spacious rooms. Amazing kitchen. It’s fully stocked to eat and cook there if you want. The only thing I couldn’t find was a colander to drain the kids mac and cheese we made. All sorts of amenities and really you can just take your clothes and toiletries and go. We used the outdoor fire table as much as we could for the 2 nights we stayed. The back yard is completely private and felt like we were back in North Carolina mountains. Beautiful farmhouse look. Stop 50 pizza is literally around the block to eat. Great place and we will be booking again.

We stayed at Annabel’s and Kris’s house for a birthday weekend. The house was awesome!! It was well appointed and very comfortable for us. The shower, the layout, the furniture, the backyard, the whole house…. Chef’s kiss. The kids loved the fact that there were tvs in every room (unlimited screen time).
The neighborhood was quiet, and a 20min to and from the beach (it felt better to walk than to drive to the beach… there didn’t seem like there was any room to park there). The Indiana dunes were a 20min drive away. We got some beach time there. There is really good pizza restaurant nearby too. We really liked it.
If we were go back, we would love to stay at this property again, and we encourage others, if they can, to do so too!!

Our grandkids brought their scooters, so getting there was a breeze. We loved your decor, your kitchenware, towels, beds, just everything!
