John was very responsive and we were very grateful to be able to use the neighbor’s dock so we can use our pontoon during our stay. My family had a great time, fishing, using the hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Thanks John, for letting us stay at your place and we truly appreciate it:)

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Smith Mountain Lake home! Being able to see the water from both sides of the house made the setting feel peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and while the place was small, it was incredibly cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the home was close to grocery stores and state parks. The decor was cute and thoughtfully done. The only small negative was that the shower pressure in the main bathroom could be better, but it didn’t affect our stay. The hot tub and fire pit are a perfect addition to the home and we would have loved to use them if the weather had been a bit warmer. This was the perfect location to ring in the New Year.

The host was welcoming and very responsive. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the kids liked that they got the same size bed in each of their rooms. The house was the perfect size for a quick trip to the lake with our kids and dogs!
