The kitchen was well equipped but some of the pans were pretty beat up (but worked). Overall the place was super comfortable, nice beds and bedding. My only feedback is that the 3rd bedroom is open on one side (basically a loft with a door) which worked out OK but was not obvious from the listing.

Kitchen was fullyu equiped and have averything we needed

Overall, this is a great property. It's got a lot of room, the kitchen is fully furnished, plus it has a gas grill on the deck. It has a nice private back yard with mature ponderosa pines, a picnic table and a couple hammocks. There's plenty of room to park off-street in a quiet neighborhood that's still very close to everything. There are two decent sized private bedrooms plus two in the loft area that's open to the downstairs living area. There's a couple things that could be better, but certainly not deal breakers. The lighting is a little quirky and even with all the lights on, it's still not bright in any space. We were there in July and forgot to check beforehand if it had A/C. It doesn't, but we kept the windows open at night and closed them up during the day so it was pretty comfortable all the time.I'd stay here again.

The home is in a nice and safe area. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for bathing. The needs some updated pans for use. All other cooking supplies were great. I would recommend pest control tratment since the home had tiny black bugs in several areas. The front door bottom is broken so be careful if you take your pet with you. Backyard is comfortable and has plenty of games to keep your children entertained. The hostess is quick to respond to your needs. Overall it was enjoyable.
