We are fisherman that fish many lakes. Gave Watts Bar a try and caught a lot of fish. The boat ramp at the house was very convenient. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out or be all together. Plenty to do for the people who do not like to fish as much.

The property was great. We had 5 teenagers and 1 young child. There was plenty to do in and around the water and property. The views, all day long, especially sunrise and sunset were amazing.

Location is Great! The view was Spectacular! The Boat Ramp was a bonus and should be communicated in the listing as it saved us a lot of time. We were not very impressed by the house. The property needs to be cleaned better in between stays as it was very dirty. The previous guest's trash was not picked up our entire stay, so we had to put our trash is the garage which also doubles as the game room making it unusable. The Hottub water smelled and was slimy - we had to drain it and clean it ourselves in order to use it. Some of the electrical outlets were not working. The kitchen was not equipped with pots and pans for a family of 10. The dining table is also not big enough or had seating for a large family. The grass was not mowed until our 3rd day there, so we were unable to utilize the yard for games, cornhole, etc. Overall, the location is nice but the house is in need of attention.

We had a wonderful time at this great little lake house with a beautiful view of the sunrise. The only marks against it was a few cosmetic issues. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place on the lake.

We enjoyed swimming ,fishing and the views from the house was absolutely amazing We also loved seeing deer right down the rd from the house This place is just absolutely amazing Also when the Microwave broke it was replaced within an hour.

Beautiful place and right on the lake. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to kick back and relax. This would be great for a big family and friends get together.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the house, the view, and the lake with our kids! Would definitely stay here again. Plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. Cannot get enough of the lake views!! House was very comfortable for our group.

Amazing view and amazing sunrises and sunsets and we couldn’t have asked for a cleaner house.we had plenty to do and never got bored we had an absolute blast and was very pleased.
