Hotel Jaroal

The hotel is small, directly on the beach, with direct access to the water and a nice (though small) pool if you just want a quick dip. We stayed in the Executive Suite on the 4th floor, which was brand new, extremely spacious, and clearly built with a lot of thought and investment. The large balcony offers great bay views, and the small Jacuzzi was a nice touch. The staff was super friendly and brought all our luggage up for us. I definitely recommend booking rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor as they are newly added and well-equipped.

Accessibility is an issue: the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, so reaching the 4th floor requires stairs. Additionally, the elevator broke down one day, forcing us to walk all the way up. The Jacuzzi also failed to heat up one night, and no one on site knew how to fix it. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre at best.

The rooms and property itself was stunning. the rooms were very clean and modern. We had the sea view room and it was amazing. The private beach and pool area was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s listed as having a spa and although they offer treatments it doesn’t have an actual spa(indoor pool, sauna or steam facilities) . We booked this hotel and used the spa filter specifically as it was due to rain all day our first day so wanted to enjoy a spa instead of wasting a day inside. However when we arrived and asked to use the spa we was informed it was just a treatment room. Possibly our fault for not reading more or calling to check. However if you want a treatment they’re well priced.

Location is convenient and the view and pool side were great! The hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and comfortable!

We booked the executive suite when we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned from previous guests we had lots of sand and even body hair was in the water which is a bit gross we didn’t feel like getting in that water. we asked the reception to clean it they sent someone who didn’t know how to empty it so it took a while for them to figure it out which shows they might not clean it often. once it was empty they left but didn’t fill it up or cleaned it until the next day. We run out of shampoo / body wash and hand soap and the cleaning ladies didn’t check to fill it up I had to open it myself so they would give us some soap which seems basics in a standing hotel. Breakfast wasn’t that good with very limited choices, overall the breakfast they offer is not that good.
