We had a comfortable stay next to the river. The first night I saw a doe and her baby crossing the river. It’s a beautiful view from the house. The house is clean and beds were comfortable. I was alone for the first 2 nights and felt completely safe! Everyone else showed up the last 2 nights and it was a great layout for all of us. Everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen has a great layout. Main living has plenty of seating. Nice walk with the dogs to the base lodge. I’d love to return again on my next visit to Bretton Woods!

Perfect location set amid amazing scenery. Mike was attentive, flexible, and an excellent communicator when we had a question. We would love to stay there again!

Place is as advertised and a professionally run operation. Two families 6 kids (10-16). 2 minute ride to base lodge.

The home is a short distance to Bretton Woods ski area. The views from the home are breathtaking! Our family of 6 adults were very comfortable for our stay. The property owner, Michael, was prompt and courteous with all communications to us. It’s definitely a home to keep on our vacation list!

This rental was amazing for a family winter getaway. Beautiful house and views. It was spacious and clean. The owner was helpful with tips about the area and had excellent communication. The location was perfect to ski. We will definitely return! We really appreciated such a fabulous place to stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Michael was a pleasure to work with. The house had many extras that other rentals usually do not provide. We found the house clean & welcoming. Sitting on the pretty window seat, we took turns watching for deer. Our 3 year old granddaughter summed it up for all of us when we were leaving; " I don't want to leave this house"

This is a great house right on the river with a nice view. We visited in the fall and it was pretty central to a lot of hikes. We enjoyed our stay!

I was there in the fall. This place works year round. Especially if you'r elooking to ski. It is in the ski resort. The house has what you need to check in and live. I like houses like this. It feels like someone lives there. Some of these places never have the small stuff like foil, cooking oil, etc. This place is ready to go. The river in the back is beautiful. Easy to find. Everything is close enough and easy to get find but far enough away you can enjoy the quiet. Three big bedrooms and a Family room downstairs. Big open kitchen/family/dining upstairs. 3 Working bathrooms and laundry. The area is great for people looking to explore the area. The main roads get you in and out to all of the scenery. The COG Rail is 6 miles away. Very cool place to go. Would definately stay here again if I was in the area.

We had a seamless check in process and great communication with Michael the property owner. We stayed during one of the warm weeks in the summer and the air conditioning worked amazingly well today keep the interior comfortable. Views from the property were gorgeous. There is a path to the river through the woods and my kids and I made it down to wade in the water. The older family members enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the sounds of the river. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The master room’s light and fan don’t work, the sink in the master bathroom was clocked, is not trail to go to the river.

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding and this was perfect. Half a mile from the Gondola's for a ride to the venue at the summit of Bretton Woods. Had coffee the next morning with family overlooking the river, spent the day sightseeing in the area, fantastic. We needed to arrive a little early and Michael was very accommodating. So was Laurie?, the cleaner on-site who had to hustle because the previous guests were late in leaving. Had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you.

The house is perfectly located close to the ski resort. Super cozy, very clean, room for everyone in our group. We loved the windows facing the river and all the natural light in the house. I appreciated the communication from the host Mike, very quick and accommodating.

Close to ski lift just a short walk never had to go in the lodge ( great for covid friendly) house well clean and we'll stocked. Host was quick to respond.

The place is beautiful. Plenty of room for a family, peaceful setting, great location for hiking the White Mountains. Loved the open floor plan and the view of the river and mountains from the living room, dining room and deck. We were 4 adults and 2 young children and we found this home very comfortable and well laid out. Michael is a great host, he was extremely quick to respond to our needs/questions. We would definitely stay here again when we revisit the region.

We stayed at this house with family for a long weekend. The property was exactly as described, the views were AMAZING, and the house was equipped with everything we could need. Perfect for all ages. We were able to make our way down to the river to have a swim and walk along the riverbed.
The host was quick to respond and gave some helpful advice prior to our stay for information about the area.
We will be back to stay here!

The location of this property is beautiful. House is spacious with nice views of the mountains and the serene river. Many trails near by and things to do.

The house sits next to Ammonoosuc River in a quiet neighborhood. The landscape around the house is well designed. The decoration inside the house is neat and interesting. We are so relax just by sitting on the bench or couch next to window and watch water flowing in the river. In the morning, we can see fog floating on the Mount Washington from the inside of the house. Sun shows its smiling face quietly, the wonderful days start just like this.
Every day, we eight friends cook together, eat around dinner table, chat and laugh at the cozy living room, or drive just a couple of miles to different trails and brooks.
This stay made our vacation so joyful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable with a beautiful view and close to many hiking trails. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate much for us so we were grateful for a nice place to hang out in during stormy weather. Michael was good about responding to questions and provided suggestions when the weather changed our plans. In spite of the weather we still had a wonderful time. Thank you Michael for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful family stay with ages 2-75… the place is well equipped and the view of the river is beautiful. Easy 1.5 miles to the BW resort for activities, walking distance to gondola rides, great lower level for kids. I highly recommend.

We visited at the end of June and were treated to breathtaking views of the mountains and the meandering river. Flowers were in bloom fluttering with butterflies and hummingbirds. It was so relaxing sitting out on the deck listening to the rushing river and the birds.
We arrived during a hot spell and fortunately the a/c on both levels cooled the house. Fans are in each room but it wasn't needed. Michael, the host was a wealth of information about the area and was always quick to respond to my emails.
